Ugh Fox don't remind me about finals. I'm dying and it's not even officially dead week.

Exams? Haha, that's... How about "failing health in a rather grave fashion leading into careful health maganement for the coming 6 weeks on top of exams?" XD

Haha it's dead week now, @Ventomology, and I've already finished one of my classes. I'm presenting on Wednesday (for possible cash prizes!!!), but today was pretty much it for graded assignments in Design class. Aaaaand I just have some homework left for Calc I and Chem I and then I can study for finals. It's going to be interesting. XD

But yeah, PMD! If anyone needs aegeas angsting (which is his natural state), I'm always available.

I should be good to write after Wednesday next week, since that's the official "last meeting" for studio. Yay for cleaning.

Finals? What're those

Wrapped up my first semester with As in every class, so I'm sitting on a comfortable 3.7 GPA going into winter break.

What's everyone up to?

In my case, well, I'm uh, a bit more than just sick. Hmm... Well, to put it in a cartoonish way: picture a Bisharp. With, like, all the blades out. Now, picture that Bisharp inside your large intestine. Now, picture that Bisharp using Swords Dance, then Metal Claw - across the entire large intestine.
Welp, there you go! That's my situation. Oh, and in this analogy, the Bisharp's a fun bacteria causing an equally fun thingy thing referred to as Hemorrhagic Colitis, which really sounds like an awesome Final Boss name - especially since it can cause a colorectal cancer if not properly treated, which makes the victim suffer a rather gruesome, slow and painful death. Which is... Y'know, lovely stuff.
Considering that dying would be rather problematic, I therefore started getting treated as soon as possible!

I suppose I should specify that, despite my tone, this is actually a rather serious situation I'm in, which is why I'm allowing myself to talk a bit about it here. Should've warned y'all sooner, really - I really need to stop taking PMD for granted.
Anyway, I'm doing much better than two weeks ago, and I won't be in any danger until the next twenty or so years (if not before, depending on Lady Luck) sooo gotta strengthen my immunity system in the meantime! I always wanted to become as good of a cook as Dad, so eh, this is a pretty good excuse to start doing that well.
Can't really freak out about any of this anyway, since high stress affects the stomach of people, which in my case would worsen the problem that's already located inside XD

And I graduated last Tuesday! Some of you might think I'm crazy, but I'm going back next year for Honours. I do feel like rubbing in that I only resume class on the 28th of January, though.

Seriously though, I admire your ability to keep calm and look on the bright side because wow do I spend most of my time stressed as heck about everything, no matter how trivial

@TheSilverFox GOOD. DON'T GET THAT. I DON'T RECOMMEND THE EXPERIENCE.

And well, when your doctor's like "oh by the way, stress puts an extra strain on your already heavily wounded insides", it kinda makes you rethink your entire strategy!
Also, it's the third time my life's threatened, so after a while, it kinda just... sinks in. To be honest, I think I'm being more realistic than positive. I'm apparently not gonna die just yet, so I get to focus on something else. I also wanna beat my Dad to the mental life struggle game, so I gotta last at least 40 more years to trump his record. So, yeah, I'mma gladly take Astral's forbidding rule on that one XD

@AstralHunter oh, it's 'til the 28th. Neat! These sound like enjoyably long vacation, that's for sure Man, do I love when those happen. Lots of discoveries, during that time.
