Hi. Halfbloodcheetah! So I am in a predicament, I have a bunch of anthropomorphic/furry characters I would love to see drawn. Anyone out there able to help?
That's a very niche kind of artwork, which while sure it wouldn't be hard to find artist into that, it's hard to imagine there are any good ones on this site. There might however be plenty of artist who are willing to draw that sort of stuff in exchange for something. So do you have anything to offer in exchange for such art?

If you are willing to pay money, my friend does furry artwork commissions. You give her the character information and she'll draw it for you. Her website is Flying Kitty Studio. (As of writing this post, her website is down... eek! It'll hopefully be back up soon though. ^^)

Hm, that's the easiest way to get people to draw what you want. Do you have anything to offer in trade then? (as your asking for people to draw your ideas, I can't imagine you can do a art trade)
(Zolen is a artist who sometimes works in exchange for video games in the 10-30 dollar and up range (depends on what they want) if someone can't directly use money for example.)

Artist who aren't that great at thinking up stories might be willing to work with that, but seeing as your on a site devoted to writers. That might not work well. It might, but your going to have to directly ask around to get much of a reaction I imagine.
hmmmm. A few of the people on here are offering to draw things for free as I can see in the topics. See if any of those offers are still active.

hmnmm, if you can't find anyone, I would be willing to draw one of these characters of yours, but only one. (I only recently have been charging people, and only because all my friends told me that I shouldn't be giving out my artwork for free at my skill level.)
