I recently started writing a few stories, after the encouragement of my friends, and I think I could possibly become a good writer with work. Aero!!!!!! My super aero!!!!! I'm really glad that you found this community-you want to nurture your writing urge you have come to the place for writing. I'm sooooo glad you're here, and I know that everyone else is too!!!!! I'm sure you'll be of great help to the community and become an even better writer than you are. Often, after you've been on here for awhile and you go back and reread your old work, you see how much you have matured. It's kinda cool.
