Has anyone seen The Cabin In The Woods? Such a good movie! Do watch it.

I watched it with my dad and brother. Just a small thing that made me happy. A good movie with my family. ^^

Maybe a small thing, but the weather recently in my part of the country has been fantastic this summer. There were a couple bouts of heat and humidity, but nothing bad and it never lasted long. It's been great to be able to go running at 7pm with nice cool evening breezes rather than the blistering humidity of previous summers.

So after literally talking about how much I love and want long hair all year, yesterday I went to the hairdressers and got 7 inches cut off my hair! I kind of love it.

Don't tempt me, @ArcticMonkey. My appointment draws closer and I have such an urge...

Anyway, I got made a GM yesterday, that was pretty nice. And today I'm going shopping with Mum to find a dress for my 21st! And tomorrow my boyfriend and his mother are coming down to have lunch with my family and then go to a concert. Apparently the conversation went like this, "Oh there's this concert going on in the city where Stella lives that I would love to go to." "Mum, Stella can get us free tickets." "MAYBE IT'S TIME I MET HER DAD." So that should be fun/interesting too!

Well I just got Tuesdays with Morrie in the mail...
Sat down and read four chapters and have now found my new favorite book <3

My classes start this Monday! <3

I've been nominated for the posse scholarship. If i get it, then i won't have to pay for school tuition fees! (depending on the university)

I'm finally home and settled after too much traveling.

I actually finished writing and recording music for a song I wrote. Which is weird because I've been writing lyrics since I was 14 but I always thought I was incapable of making music for them (even though I played piano for years). So yeah, I recently got a keyboard and realized that it wasn't as difficult as I thought. Still hard work but so worth it! Lyrics/links TBA soon.

My senior year starts Tuesday! ONLY ONE MORE YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL OMG


Also, I did a puzzle with my mom. It was really fun!

My cousin that I haven't seen in two years visited today and we had a lot of fun watching the LoTR movies which I might be slightly obsessed with. I have school tomorrow and my result for GCSEs is coming out the day after, but I'm trying not to think about it.

But whatever happens, I think I've convinced myself to accept it. Good or bad.
