Maybe you've already noticed or maybe not, but the footer has been changed substantially. The previous listing of links has been replaced with five columns: general info, About / Info, Forums, Literary, and Resources. This was done to make better use of the space, and to present the links in a more logical fashion. The number of literary works and the number of reviews is also posted at the very bottom.
In addition, if you look under the Resources footer column, you'll notice quite a few new generators: Names, Poetic Line, Random Poem, Shakespearean Insults, Story Theme, and Word Cloud. None of these are actually particularly new, but many of them were last seen on YWS in 2009.
Last but not least, you may also have noticed that the top bar and the navigation tabs have been changed back to a default black color. They were temporarily changed to a slightly lighter black, but many users commented negatively about it so it's been changed back.

Forgot to add that the page titles (what you see in your browser tabs) have been changed. Previously, it went "Young Writers Society - Page Title." It now goes "Page Title - Young Writers Society," which makes more sense!
