I was going to ask if there's any spots left on The Wing, but I'm pretty sure Silverlock got the last spot.
If so, that would be fantastic

@Strange and everyone else - there are still spots everywhere. The four/five that I had put there before were like guidelines, it's awesome to see them filled but people are still free to join ;)

I'd like every new person's position from now on to be discussed with @Birkhoff and @Shadowlight (and myself) as captains, though - as in, captains, please state which positions you NEED filled before people can go ahead and make random crew members. If you don't care about positions being filled and want them as mutual NPCs, that's fine too, just say it xD

@Aurora99 - approved, but do explain two things to me. Is that name of hers made up, or did you somewhere actually find it as a 19-ish century name? Looks made up to me, but it's cool if you want *her* to have made up her own name to use after joining the pirates. And second thing, why on Earth would she join the pirates if they killed her lover? xP

You know that studded leather armour in films? Nobody wore that. I mean, how would metal studs improve leather armour?

@AriaAdams
Aethelflaeda is a Celtic name from when the Roman Empire still ruled. And yes, she changed it to that from Elisabeth. Also, she's a walking anomaly. She hates pirates, yet she loves 'her' crew.

Umm would it be possible to be a character who heard the song as a child but for some reason (haven't figured it out yet) didn't get on it and has been searching ever since? Or does that not make any sense?

Uh.. well they were mostly pirates, but the captain is of a classy "clothes are treasure too" kind, and their ship was state of the art at that point, so they'd be pretty wealthy.

Okay, thank you! I was reading an article/website about pirate attire and trying to figure out how fancy his clothes would be.

From the 15th century and onward, I believe, since Evangeline is supposed to be from that time.
