I've been preoccupied with new baby stuff / dealing with consistent waves of extended family. That said, I didn't want to overpost for Evatt since I'm DMing this--though I'm probably about to play Scirocco to get things moving.

Additionally, it's a good thing Isi isn't on Team B. Evatt would strangle her for whining so much.

@aurora99 we decided that none of us have that good a shot at taking him out in a straight up battle, hence the ambush. We're letting team b have shot in hopes of wearing him down.

Even if you've convinced yourself that you cannot write combat, try. There are 12 people on the team, and only 6 have to post for the fight phase. Just note that I probably won't post for Evatt this phase so I can keep my DM hands off of things.

If the Rodgers in your post was meant to be Walter it was very OCC for him to behave the way he did in your post.

I don't mean to be rude or obnoxious but I can't write a post and explain away why he was so rude.

I don't mind him being confused or questioning but he'd never be so openly hostile or snarky.

@Tortwag and everyone else from the team - Gareth isn't there yet, especially not integrated in the team very well, and they would have no way of knowing of his powers until they either see it in action or he tells them.

In my post, which is almost done, I have him run into the team fairly randomly - but if you don't want to change your post, I can leave it be in mine as a little retrospective kind of thing, and then go with the events from your post anyway.

@AriaAdams Aw, darn, and there I wanted to try and involve everyone in the operation... Sorry for that. Since he was in the squad, I thought he was already there.

But wait, no. If Gareth is not there yet, I can purely and simply remove the part where he appears, since he's not supposed to be here, I don't mind at all. Plus, it allows Evoltrick to keep one Gimmick up his sleeve, and won't risk any more energy loss for the upcoming parts.

Also... Was the fight/planning any good for this part, anyone? I tried my best to make it so everyone could participate/understand, so... I hope it's good enough. I did have my issues with fighting scenes in the past....

*reads the next part. Smile grows larger* I wish I could blush. Seriously, thanks. It's nice to hear that, feels like I'm improving, using the other characters and all...

Speaking of which, I can't help but wonder: who here understood what were the characters Evoltrick got his Gimmicks from in this post? Without using google :3 That'll make a nice chat topic.
