Personality: Energetic, friendly, a little bit of a mess. Roshan is always eager to help, but anyone who knows them will tell them to slowly back twenty feet away and take a seat. Roshan is a disaster in the kitchen, the forge, the workshop, and pretty much all craftsy areas. Their aunt swears that Roshan made a window explode just by breathing near it, though Roshan will frantically say that a bird hit it and that's what shattered it. Yep, totally.
Appearance: Curly black hair, lively brown eyes, warm brown skin. Stands a hair under average height. Usually dresses in jeans and a t-shirt, maybe with a few bangles on their wrists. Roshan has a growing collection of sneakers. Their current favorite pair is white with an electric blue stripe on the outsides.
Ability: Lava
Ability Strengths: Very very good at being destructive. Roshan jokes that their friends won't ever need to call a demolition crew-- call demoRoshan instead, and they'll destroy whatever needs destroying for free! Roshan has always wanted to try being creative, though, so they've been experimenting with using their lava for creation as well as destruction.
Ability Weaknesses: Their attempts to construct things out of cooled lava often fail right now. RIP the sad cooled lava snowman whose head toppled off, and the lava stool that crumbled when Roshan tried to sit on it.
History: Roshan's always been a pretty happy-go-lucky person. They went through a couple months of depression when half their family ostracized them after they came out, but they're mostly alright now. The only thing Roshan regrets is that they're afraid that they caused the crack in their parents' relationship. (Their dad was supportive, their mom no. But at least their mom is talking to their dad now, so that's some improvement...?) Roshan was a popular kid in high school, and though they're not as social in college now, they still do have a pretty large friend group and can usually be found hanging out at cafes and drinking way too much coffee.
Where were you during Quarantine?: "Absolutely failing at origami. I mean, what?" *Roshan nervously pushes scraps of crumpled and slightly singed paper behind them*
It was spring break for Roshan's college, but Roshan was still on-campus, finishing up some research with a professor. (And trying various crafts. They penpalled, texted, and videocalled with a family friend named Caius, who's an expert at origami, but even Kai's skills could not help.)
What is your stance towards FEDRA?: "They might've had the right intentions at first, but still, it's not cool of them to trap us in here like this." *Roshan watches as their fingers melt the table.* "Dang it, I thought I stopped doing that. On second thought, maybe this quarantine is a good idea after all."
