    Oh. I didn't know the "he" referred to his stepfather. I thought the "he" meant the headmaster. That's why I assumed he killed the stepfather.

    It seems REALLY unrealistic that the headmaster would kill for a kid he barely knows. (That's what I'm assuming happened). Otherwise pretty good read.
