Eimear already comments on capitalization so I won't even comment on it at all. This looks more like a playlist than a poem. It would have been cute had it ...

  • Poetry » Lyrical, General Re: Perhaps

The rhyme scheme makes it too forced, such as the line with hieroglyphs. Writing a poem with rhymes is hard because you have to make it seem natural, and not ...

What are you trying to say here? I understand what you're trying to say - but it has no effect on me. Eimear correctly pointed out: show, don't tell. And ...

Like I said, I'm not sure what this is. I'm not sure what this is, either. Did you mean to post this in the lyrics section? Is it a song? ...

Hullo darling! I love reviewing your poetry. Curious: did you edit at all before posting, since it was old? The sharp end branches shook amber leaves away that year; but ...

While I completely love the message you're giving, it doesn't make a great poem. Have you heard the term "getting up on your soap box"? It means preaching to your ...

Hello there! This was a real cute idea. I second Eimear -- show more than you tell. Use less adjectives, and instead describe vividly. Keep in mind poetic elements like ...

Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
