Hi, I'm....

Hi, just figured I'd introduce myself. I'm Dragongirl. I'm so excited to have finally joined the YWS!!! So, whats there to say about myself?

I'm just slightly insane and I am told this on a regular basis. I have a tendency of rambling on about books and storys I'm writing. I play the violin,(though not very well) draw, and I have a certain fondness for sweetarts candy. My favorite color is green and I like long walks in the park.

Anywho, welcome to the site! This is pretty much the only place in the world that I know of where you can be as crazy as you want, and yet seem normal by comparison to most of the other members. XD

I like a lot of different kinds books. Action and fantasy are two kinds I really enjoy. As for what I meant by finally, I have wanted to join for some time but because I was so busy getting ready to graduate I didn't have the time. Anyway, now I'm done with school so here I am.

We're very carnivorous... I mean, helpful here. Don't hesitate to ask for help!

Thanks ziggiefred, I like my avatar too. As for how many books I've completed....well only one, and its not very long or very good, but hey, that's why I joined YWS, so I can get better. Right?

You are not alone - I often ramble to my friends about what I'm writing now, even when I see the sour expressions on their faces:D I guess it's something we as writers do - we are excited about what we do, and that is great, right? All the best of luck in your writing, and about the craziness bit - I get that too, so much. And, as E.L.Doctorow said: Writing is a socially acceptable form of schizophrenia:) Which sounds kind of creepy, actually.

We're all insane here! *laughs evily* So, since your epicly awesome, I've got to tell you about Chat. YOu get there by going to the front page, then scroll down. do you see leaderboards? underneath it should say, enter our chat room. If youv'e been a member for 24 hours, you can come and chat with the insanest.

We are sooo glad to have you on our site, It acutally isn't that hard, once you master it, and all of us are like awesome. (not bragging, but we are. there is no denying it.) Its a great way to meet other writers and, of course get reviews on your own work, and review others. You would not believe how much I've improved, and I haven't even been here a year!!

Do you need some help though, getting to know the site?
