Salve!

Hi, people!
My name is Andreea or as my friends call me - Dante. Trying to improve my writing skills so I`m quite happy that I found a site like this.

I write fantasy and horror... plus some short-stories that you can`t actually put them in a genre.

I take criticism quite well (that`s why I am here) because I`m bored to ashes of comments like "You write super cool! When will you post the next?" or "Amazing! I wanna read more!". Its kinda like an insult... for me at least.

Hope I`ll meet you on the forum and search for my work when i`ll post it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Also I have to mention that English is my second language so I apologize for the grammar misspelling in my following works. I`ll try to fix them as much as I can.

I'm glad you joined YWS...If you hate unhelpful comments, then you've come to the right place! Almost every comment (called reviews here) that YWSers make is helpful in some way...most of them very much so! It's a great thing.

I agree you can definitely improve your writing here. I know I have. English is a second language for me as well, so YWS has really helped me.

Well I like to skate... (well i like it when i`m not breaking legs and arms), I`m playing guitar as well - still an amateur at this thing, but learning. What else do I like to do? Hmmmm... Making people laugh their head off and sometimes scarring them.

My favorite book is "Ender's Game" by Orson Scott Card. It`s amazing and I recommend it.

And about myself - crazy, not much a rule-follower, outgoing and again crazy. I`m the soul of the party!

And English is your second language! Awesome! It's my second language too! What's your first, or native, language? Don't worry about the possible grammar mistakes, even the natives make them and besides, you'll improve your English skills with the speed of light on this site, trust me.

How are you enjoying so far? In this site, you might increase your literary skills in writing.
