Lists by a younger Snoink!

Don't ask me when this was written... it was done a while ago. But I thought (hoped) it might be of interest for YWS now.

In a story you must have:
- Good, Believable Characters
- Really Good Bad Guys
- Interesting Plot
- Interesting Subplots
- Realism
- Details (but not overwhelming)
- Difficulties
- Suspense & Thrills & Cliffhangers

With these things you must:
- Keep up the pace
- Develop the characters
- Have twists and turns
- Challenge the hero

Keep in mind that:
- Although you must stick to the story, you can also stray off to other subjects called subplots
- The enemy or situation must only be so difficult that the hero can overcome it but not easily.
- Take care to keep the characters in mind.
- Sometimes short is best.
