Spy Agency Names Contest

Attention all YWS users I am having a contest to see who can come up with the best Spy Agency Names they can. The rules are they have to be formed into an acronym and easy to pronounce. Funny or Unfunny can be entered, name can't be already used in a T.V. or book series has to be original. Best name will win. Enter now and may the best win .

Not a proper entry, but the first thing that came to mind was NOOB - National Overt Operations Bureaucracy.

Peoples Peace and Care Agency - No acronym, more a play on a governments desire to mask a covert agencies true purpose.
