I have been able to confirm with two independent reliable chicken experts (@whatchamacallit & @chierynn) that our beloved mascot @TheEgg is most likely a chicken egg -> not a blue gold macaw egg. This would lead me to believe that they are not the same entity though all the other theories are still on the table. So I feel very comfortable continuing to support the egg as a force for truth and good on the site, @LoonyMaroony's allegiances will still need to be unveiled. #TrustTheEgg #Chickens #unclassified #findthetruth
