    [PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT]

Hello, Kiddos. Due to some circumstantial life-fate stuff, I have an entire 2017 to spare. Fun Fun! And I'm thinking I ought to adopt a novel i.e if you need someone to read your novel, review, talk about your characters or just discuss the plot in general I'm in! So if you need a fangirl/critic, please let me know. _/\_ [Help me to help you] #jerrymaguire4lyfe

I started a new novel if anyone would like to read it. I'm sure it needs a lot of work, but that's why I am here. For anyone who is interested, it's called"The Following." I'll add an attachment below :) THANKS!! :)

I'm in!But I have a couple of novels that I am slowly but surely following.

    Deanie replied · Nov 4, 2015

Love the idea! Maybe we need a new forum for novels that need adopting again, so we know which ones are actually active?

    Lightsong replied · Nov 5, 2015

    I support Deanie's suggestion! :D

  • Aley replied · Oct 2, 2015

In what way? What if you're expecting a novel to be picked for you? If you want to create a novel but you're not quite ready yet? What are the particulars?

    Pundit replied · Nov 2, 2015

    My mind is pregnant.

Dude! XD Your response to Aley's question!

Hello! I was recently told about this club, and found it perhaps might be just the thing to keep me writing (and reviewing) novels.

That being said, I don't think the forums have been updated in a while, so...?

    Aley replied · Oct 1, 2015

Yeah, I need to get on the ball and update this for activity.

Any suggestions about where to start?

  • chhlovebooks

You can check out the thread in the forum! There's some stuff listed there, with summaries and genres placed.

I have a novel in need of adoption! profile/MargoSeuss/portfolio/464508

    chhlovebooks replied · Sep 30, 2015

Cool, thanks! I will look into that!

  • Pretzelstick
Is this club still even alive? I think that we need to get a little more active here and advertise a bit because I am sure that there are novels in need of adoption ^_^

    Pretzelstick replied · May 29, 2015

And . . . this is just such an awesome club, right?

  • Hattable
I have two potential novels that need loving parents!
This is technically the beginning of the first novel: Before the Dash (for Charbrush)
And this is the first chapter of the second: Dystopian Prince (Chapter 1)
Please contact me if you'd like to adopt one (or both :P)!
Just a heads up, Dash (the first one) has a more advanced storyline right now and will probably be updated more often than Dystopian Prince (the second).

Until someone hits you up, you can scroll through the complete list of adoptive novels here. It includes title, author, genre, and a link to the first chapter.

    Ha, thank you! :D

Is the list of adopted novels updated? If not, I can update it.

    BluesClues replied · Dec 7, 2014

It is not, to my knowledge.

Adopt A Novel got a face lift!

    Oh My God!
Time to freak out and hide in the hills!

Nah, just kidding guys. I made these new banners to sort of give us a little bit easier time on the eyes. The old one was a bit hectic to read the text, so I changed it. I hope you like it <3

Thanks everyone for staying so active and dedicated to this club, and continuing to not only put novels up for adoption, but adopting them and reading through them and using the celebration threads.

    Keep It Up!

  • elysian replied · Jan 5, 2015

Is there somewhere we can do that? xD Cause that's what I thought this was too...

  • MargoSeuss replied · Nov 27, 2014

    Done. What's your novel?

You have to write the book that wants to be written. And if the book will be too difficult for grown-ups, then you write it for children.
