Literary Gems of YWS
Most, if not all, members of YWS joined not only to share their work but to develop and grow as a writer. To become a stronger writer one most have a healthy diet of stylistically diverse prose and poetry. Yet the only metric of quality the site offers is the featured section, determined by the like function -- which allows users to express their admiration with a single click.
This is a group for readers to uncover literary gems which may have receded to the catacombs with little notice.
- No self promotion, that is to say authors are not allowed to share their own work.
- Poetry, Short Stories and Novels are all acceptable.
