Our Class!!!

I look around and can't help smiling
When I think of what I see
You'd see a haphazard, messy classroom
With students left too free

But let me tell you what it is
That makes a smile creep up like this,
A soft warm feeling start to glow,
Of belonging to a familiar flow

I love that we are bright and noisy
And don't care what people think
And anywhere that we go,
We draw attention, we make them blink

We're creative, we're sensitive
We're playful, we care
We're accepting, we're supportive
We trust, we always share
We laugh, we tease, we irritate
We dream big because we dare
We're cheerful, we're lively
There's not much to repair

Sometimes gross, sometimes weird
Very much insane
Sometimes mindless, always fun
Never ever plain

Varied talents mixed together,
Diversity blending into one,
Like the pretty hues of the autumn leaves
And the colourful fish of coral reefs

We are such a unique group of people,
Each crazy in our very own way
All the things that make us special,
I cannot even begin to say

So here's to us! I raise a toast!
I'll leave out all the rest
'Cause we know, we don't need telling
We are the very BEST!!!

Hey, nice poem. The only thing that I noticed was that you spelled weird wrong. Besides that I love it.

Hey s.kiwalker!!
Thankyou for pointing it out. It is supposed to be 'plain'.
And thankyou for your comments:)
Yeah, they were a cool group of classmates. All in different colleges now...
Ah! Bitter sweet memories :)

Hi!!!
This piece is really cute.
It seems you definitely have a rocking group of friends!
Just one question. I didn't really get the meaning of the word 'plane' you have used here. Do you want to use 'plain' as in 'simple?'
But I think this is a nice poem

Isn't it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything's different?
