Light Up (My World)

INTRO
Sitting alone
In the corner of the club
Wishing I could
Drown in my bath tub
I am
So goddam cold
I am
So freakin’ alone
Show me
Oh

VERSE
Show me the light and I’ll come with you tonight
I just want a friend who’ll see me to the end
It’s cold, it’s dark, I can barely see
I’m all alone coz my friends abandoned me

BRIDGE
So
Show me the light and I’ll come with you tonight

CHORUS
Light up
My dark world
I am
So goddam cold
You are
My shining star
So come with me just the way you are-ee-ar

VERSE
You were a stranger, I thought you were danger
But I couldn’t care less, so I just took a guess
I took your hand, you took my heart
We took some drugs; they gave us a kick start
I’m not alone anymore
I’m not so prone anymore
You had me blown
Awaaaay

BRIDGE
CHORUS x2

hmmm... I'll have to agree with the last person but there are a few things that have me confused. Its that you change your rhyming scheme. Kind of like you put different verses from other sets of lyrics. And your length of lines don't match throughout the song, that needs fixed. But otherwise the content in the lyrics are good!

This my first time reading lyrics from this site and I must so I am not disappointed.
Its was deep and a bit dark in its own light
but the lyrics felt spot on as I read in the night.
I will continue to follow your writing past this piece
however not tonight these lyrics got me beat!

Good job and keep it up!
-Dawn
