Breath.

Running out of oxygen inside a hospital room
The fear of what comes next lingers in the depths of your mind
You start screaming
but the only sound heard is muffled
He's there
In the room with you
Wherever you turn
Even when you close your eyes
You know he's coming
So you cringe in hopes of avoiding pain
He leans in close
Whispers silance in your ear
Kisses your eyes shut
And leaves you one last breath.

This is really good, for starters. I just want to say that it has no punctuation and that is an issue. You don't want to have one big paragraph. Break it up using commas, periods, semi colons, and things of that nature. That would definitely improve this poem. Other that that, it looks wonderful!

Wow! You've painted an eerie scene that caught my attention right from the start!
My only comment is you spelled silence wrong. e not a.
Great work! Keep it up!

Beautiful poem but you should put punctuations or else all the lines will just run into each other.

Running out of oxygen inside a hospital room,
The fear of what comes next lingers in the depths of your mind.
You start screaming,
but the only sound heard is muffled.
He's there,
In the room with you.
Wherever you turn,
Even when you close your eyes,
You know he's coming.
So, you cringe in hopes of avoiding pain.
He leans in close,
Whispers silance in your ear, - silence
Kisses your eyes shut,
And leaves you one last breath.

Just those few nit-picks I pointed out and it's perfect.
