This is the lyrics...sort of...to a song...sort of...that I found on my computer desk top. They're kind of funny, so I thought I'd give them a try. There are a couple of awkward rhymes in there...ideas are appreciated!

this is funny. Oh and I LOVE your book suggestion. It's a hilarious movie too, but the book is always better than the movie. I enjoyed reading this, i wasn't expecting the end.
Alas, it failed to amuse me, and I didn't much care for the old bard style, anyway. You might try your luck in the lyrics section, in any case. I kept waiting to be amused but never was, and possibly you could read this aloud and see where the rhyme is off, syllables, etc.
In the meantime, keep writing! It is the only way you will improve.
And I can't tell really if this song is good or not for lack of knowing the melody. For instance, the Pussycat Dolls lyrics are wretched, but they have had 5 top hits.
God knows why.
Off topic? No. the tune of the song, etc, counts for something.
