I agree with pilot, this poem does have a way of conveying certain feelings. Minding that you effectively fulfuilled the basic goal of poetry, which is expressing emotions, this piece is a great accomplishment.
Wow, it actually nails 90% of my issues
It rhymes well in most places, and not much grammar to fix, mainly because it's a poem.
Here's my favorite stanza:
"Love is what you want
Pain is what you get
Unbearable to the heart
Harder is all it gets"
I really liked it because it summarizes the poem well, as well as ends it neatly.
