I don't normally write poetry but this was inspired by something Lin910 told me. She said that it was just common sense that people are loved because of their flaws. This poem is for her.
Flaws are beautiful,
they make you who you are.
Without them we are perfect,
all the same with
nothing to separate one from another.
We are loved because of our flaws.
Our differences are the reasons
for love and hate.
Flaws cause problems
like pain and addictions.
They also cause determination
to rid us of the suffering.
They help us realize that friends are there
to help us through everything.
Bringing out other people's flaws and
their determination to love us.

Fragile_heart, I thank you. I will rewrite it. I won't use your rewrite but you gave me an idea. Thanks!

I agree with Flower... It has a good message, but the poem just doesn't flow. Right about at "Flaws cause problems ", I got a little bored with the poem, like it was repeating itself a lot, just in different words. Also, there was too many words. Poems have to be quick and crisp, not a lot of explaining and word usage.
Keep writing!

To me this has a good message, but it doesn't flow.
It goes from talking about this in the same set of lines and then changes.
I would like this better if it had a little more flow.
Keep writing!
