Globalization is the process by which countries of the world are linked and integrated as a result of the exchange of various facets of culture, of ideas, skills, views, thoughts, products and indeed other aspects of life. Globalization has been in existence since the third millenium, however, it became intensified in the early 19th century and has since then been of immense value to individuals and the world as a whole. The benefits derived from globalization cannot be overemphasized. Hence, the importance of world integration and interaction.
The internet, though a catalyst of globalization, is also a product of globalization. The world wide web (WWW) has been of innumerable help, especially in the aspect of education; which is not just a privilege which gives one man an advantage over the other but a necessity without which one would be defenceless in this complex and industrialized century. The internet is a weapon of enlightenment. Personally, it has helped a lot with researches and assignments and in general increased my overall intellectual capability.
Similarly, globalization has helped to facilitate good health. Good health s very paramount. The exchange of vaccines, expertraites , views, facilities and research results have helped to improve health globally. Life expectancy has been increased and preventive and curative measures have been provided.
Cross-cultural interactions have also been enhanced through globalization, we can now reach out to other cultures and imbibe certain beneficial values. Multilingualism is also thriving, we now have access to a plethora of languages, how wonderful.
In conclusion, globalization has indeed added its positive, significant quota to life all encompassing. I eagerly anticipate the intensification of globalization and the fostering of international integration and world unity. The importance of globalization is invaluable.

hi there..
keep writing !
it is a good piece of writing. globalization is really a bigger step we have taken. it is a good topic, moreover. but the standard of essay stays put only when you quote the negatives of it and then sway the pushing reasons to say it positive. that makes the essay a standard one. it also makes your content an arguably agreeing one. one bigger disadvantage of globalization is the loss of originality of culture. there are many more disadvantages. so to make your perspective agreeable, you need to give more to this essay. but i must that your essay has a good structure.
good luck
Hi there oluwatobi and welcome to YWS! Nite here to serve up a review!

Now, overall you do make good points about the potential benefits of globalization. It would be nice to have more evidence to support these points from a reputable source.
However, this essay is rather lopsided in that it fails to address the very real negatives of globalization. Basically, the problem with globalization is that it benefits the richer countries far more than the developing world. The rich countries can basically afford to take more resources from the poor countries, whether by literal force or bribes. This in turn makes the resources left more expensive for the residents of the developing countries (but cheaper for those in rich countries).
I'm not saying that globalization is all bad, and you did point out some good things. But a persuasive essay must consider the counterarguments (not a straw man, but a legitimate point) and refute them. How is the imbalance I outlined corrected? How can poor countries benefit from globalization?
Lastly, about your last sentence: Be careful with word choice. Many things are important, but that does not make them good. War, for example, isn't really good, but it is definitely important in terms of how it affects the countries involved, the economy, etc.
Overall, this has some good structure, but it needs to be more developed and address the counterpoints. Welcome again and keep writing!
I finished reading this essay and felt like you didn't prove your thesis at all [last sentence stated]. Yes, the Internet has been a help, but how specifically has it helped education? What kind of research goes on on the Internet? How does it link people together? Your essay's perspective is sitting up SOOO high that there's no specifics given to back up your points; you just say your points, general statements, and assume your point proven. This might have been written just for fun [I don't know], but you should look into strengthening your arguments to improve your essay.
Hope this helps!
okay, thanks
