Nothing has ever excited me more than a first kiss, the first tender embrace shared between two lovers. Their hearts connected anticipating the others next move. Rarely do we get to experience this feeling as much as we should. It is in human nature to yearn for the affections of others. But, what if I told you that I believe I have a condition that makes me yearn for the affections of everyone I meet. Not only do I instantly love the majority of women I lay eyes on, but I desire for then to love me with an equally matched intensity. Why should it be any different? I don't think that having multiple sex partners is the answer to life's great questions, but to me nothing can ever match the first week you spend in love. The seemingly never-ending euphoria that is "love" is unmatched by any other feeling and is at its highest intensity in the first week. Imagine, spending those moments with hundreds, or even thousands of people and the immense amount of happiness it would bring you. These are the reasons I can't be happy in a long-term love setting. I am more than capable of loving someone for years and years but it is a waste. The butterflies deep in the pit of your stomach leave with the feeling of safety. The tingling in your lips right before a kiss is numbed by the familiarity of your partners touch. The rapid thud of your heart like a running horse's hooves on solid ground is slowed and softened by the well-known embrace of the one who once left you breathless. The years rob everyone of a once thought eternal feeling.
Somewhere along the way something goes missing and the once satisfied craving for excitement is left unfed. This is why so many relationships at some point begin to lack passion. Also this is the reason many once loyal husbands and wives are so quick to turn to adultery. I can"t say that I condone these actions, but more than anyone, I understand. I am a man and this is all from a man's perspective. There are however many women who may feel the same way. Even those who would disagree with my words have at least once felt to urge to have a stranger kiss them slowly and sweetly. "Eye sex with sexy strangers", a curious phrase that I have only recently come to appreciate in its entirety, describes in simple words what my heart and mind feel toward every women. Love such a simple word that means so much to so many people and so little to those who have it. This short glimpse into the vast and skewed thoughts of my mind can only end one way. To the reader, I love you, with all my heart and I yearn for your tender embrace, but only for a little while.

You convey your opinion on the matter very nicely and even admit that you may be writing bias by gender. The metaphors for the loss of interest in a partner is what attracts me the most to this essay. Although I believe that the love you are talking about is different then that if the love between married happy couples. It's not just a "making love" relationship, but there is also a deeper connection between the two people. Some partners can spend days or even months just by themselves and have the ability to be happy the same exact way as if they weren't alone with each other.
Sorry, this is the second review I have done on YWS and I noticed that my reviews are tending to become based around the idea behind the content written and not how the content was actually wrote. I haven't been able to proofread pieces in real life because I've mostly just been writing for my classes.
