That noise, that squawking screeching angry voice in my head won't go away. This time I'm not sure if it ever will. It has never stayed for this long. Never been so loud and harsh. all day I was just trying to breathe cause breathing will make them leave me alone, right? It was supposed to so why isn't it working? Why is my throat so dry, hands like swamps and head in zigzags. Why can't I just make it stop. it's screaming now, protesting an election inside my head pleading with me to let it in. To finally succumb to this blackness that won't stop treating me like another star to be sucked into the never-ending void. Why didn't they try to help me? They just ignored the parts of me they couldn't control. The part that confused them because I wasn't normal. Well fuck that I am giving into that void of darkness, and you know what I'm about to have the best sleep of my life.

Hi hello and welcome!
I’m here as a member of the Afterwatch to check out your Short Story :3

I like the idea of the correct breathing technique (maybe in combination with meditation?) can quieten if not outright banish the voices!

Hm I’m not sure if the missing capitalization in some of your sentences is actually intentional? But that it isn’t consistent messes with my immersion XD

I like how ominous that last sentence sounds! Excellent way to end this piece!

That said, I feel like you have been too vague in the entire thing to really make me… get invested? Who are “they” that didn’t help? How long has this been going on? And why does this void want to take over?
At least one or two of those things should have been answered to really pull this narrative together ^^
