Hate by Default

Dear sir or madam,
the reason for this letter
is to ask why you hate me.

Don’t get all protective,
it’s alright if you do.
I hate myself as well,
as do many people I’m sure.

However, you act like you do,
so I’m going to assume you do.
I am curious though
for what reason do you hate me?

Is it what I say?
Do you despise the words
I say, for lack of wit or intelligence?

Or is it the way I look?
Is it my face you hate
or perhaps my clothes or skin?

Or have I wronged you
without remembering. It happens.
There might have been a dead done
That would ignite rage against me.

Regardless, I am curious why
But need to know if you do
Indeed hate me. Because then
I must hate you by default.

Sincerely
Mr. Chaos

My favorite part. The whole entire "Or have I wronged you without remembering. It happens." Although I do believe you should make it a question since you do not know why they hate you. Remember that commas are you friend! (: Just saying I really like this because it is written as if it were a letter. I think that was very creative of you. By the way, I like your username... Just sayin! Good luck and keep writing!

That's a bit awkward, I'm not sure how to change it but it is awkward

It seems really odd to have do at the end of both sentances.

Or is it the way I look?
Is it my face you hateI would have put a ? here.
or perhaps my clothes or skin?

There might have been a dead(did you mean deed?) done

Sincerely
Mr. Chaos I don't like that you signed your name, I think would have been better anonymous.

Other than that, this was a pretty good poem. I loved the emotion behind it.
