Moon Light

PreviousNext
Lily flower,
shining moon.
underneath,
death comes soon.

Hiding, creeping,
lurking about.
He hears your screams,
your cries, your shouts.

Dancing in blood,
feeling empowered,
its only from killing
this deicate flower.

She hid while she could,
but death found her there,
this time and the last,
not one soul cared.

a small little flower,
taken for granted.
no one knows
but the one who planted.

a fragile seed,
left in the mud.
cared for by hate.
watered by blood.

Broken and scared,
left all alone.
by herself in the night,
no where to call home.

Why no one cared,
no one will know.
the innocent flower,
she died all alone.

This was a very good poem. I really liked your word use and your imagery. It allows the mind to wrap around it and begs the reader to continue reading, overall good work.

Poetry is a phantom script telling how rainbows are made and why they go away.
