Ducks

This poem was meant as a joke and a cure for a bad case of boredom. The only reason it's posted at all is because people got a kick out of it. Please enjoy. :)

Ducks, ducks
Everywhere.
Ducks, ducks
They hate to share.

I wish I were a duck.
Maybe I'd get some luck.
But instead of luck
I can't make a buck.

Ducks, ducks
You get all the fun.
Ducks, ducks
I'll just go fuck one.

It's a cute little poem, but the middle stanza all rhymes, which is not the same as your first and last stanzas.
I understand this poem was written for fun so kudos to strange duck screwing habits.

Cute poem, I lol'd at the last line. To adress the comment above (Jojo's), I think that's a bit too harsh. The poem's meant to be a joke, that's what I saw, anyway....

Only complaint is that

Ducks, ducks
They hate to share.
is a strange line, seems like a forced rhyme.

Overall, a funny little tidbit. Kudos!

* Bolded stuff:
This all just looks like a desperate attempt to rhyme, really.
It's cute, at first, but towards the end and middle it doesn't even make any sense at all.
And the whole "f*** one" line at the end isn't funny, but an automatic repellant to the reader.
Not even needed...

Sorry for the harsh and short review, but this seems more like a sad joke or bad case of boredom, than the cute piece of work I expected it to be.

Keep Writing!

The last line really made me laugh out loud. I think it worked more because it broke from the rythm you'd built in the previous stanzas. A nice change!
