The future

I thought of the time that was
I thnk of the time that is
What will be of the time next?
Who knows?
No one?
Surely someone
Or Someone
If I were but of a stage of development
Would I not see where I’ll be?
Know of myself what’s to come?

So this poem is good but what i dont understand is when you say "Surely someone Or Someone"
should it be "Surely someone, Or something? or does Someone count for like a certain person? just a few questions and suggestions other than that it is good
