Stuck in this skin, yet still content.
People staring, but woefully misjudging.
Tattoos cover my body, recognition of my sorrow,
Sadly it's time to let go...
I sit on the edge of defeat, contemplating.
Where did I go wrong, when did I give up?
I can feel the pills beginning to flow through my body,
Eyes continue to drift up to the noose.
Thank you mother, Thank you father,
You're the reason of my demise.
Stuck in this skin, yet still content.
People staring, but sadly misjudging.
Tattoos cover my body, recognition of my sorrow,
Sadly it's time to let go...

This is pretty intense, jknudsen! Here's a few suggestions though:
"Tattoos cover my body, recognition of my sorrow,
Sadly, it's time to let go... (add a comma after sadly)
"Thank you mother, Thank you father, (perhaps the 2nd 'thank you' should have a lower case 'T'? Maybe it was your intention to make it capitalized, but again I just thought otherwise).
You're the reason of my demise."
Other then that, I found this poem to be good, but rather short. I was wishing to read a bit more, so perhaps you should consider stretching it out some more?
Keep it up,

It's a rather sad poem, and something I feel right now. It's good, very good, but there are a few things I'd like to point out. The ending was a drifter, something I dislike. I felt that you could've elaborated on it, rather than of ended it there. You also need to look at your punctuation. I reccomend putting it at the end of every line. Also your should be you're.
Away from grammatical, I think that you shouldn't of ended it by repeating the beginning. I don't know what you could've said otherwise but the ending now is weak, especially since it was so short. That's my opinion however.
It is a good read and I hope my siggestions make it better.
Ciao~

Thanks, and I see what your saying about the "Sadly"... I'll think of something to fix that with. Other than that it's really an expression of how I feel about acceptance. Dont worry though, I'm not going to hang myself!
Dark, and well-written. One thing is you might have too many "sadly"'s. People staring, but sadly misjudging.
Tattoos cover my body, recognition of my sorrow
Sadly it's time to let go...
Maybe you could change one of them to a synonym of the same thing...like wretchedly, dreadfully, hopelessly, woefully, etc. Just a thought. :]
But I definitely like the poem. I'm guessing he/she's had a really bad time of it and now suicidal?
