There was a little postage stamp no bigger than your thumb,
but it stuck right to the job until it's work was done.
They licked it and they pounded it til' it would make you sick,
but the more it took a pounding, why, the tighter it would stick.
So friend, be like the postage stamp in facing lifes tough game,
and keep on sticking though at times we hang our heads in shame.
For the stamp stuck to the letter til' it saw it safely through.
There's no-one could do better, just keep sticking and be true.

I like the four first lines -- CUTE! The rest of it was okay, mostly because I think it hinged on the borders of preachy and nonpreachy.

But still, nice message and stuff.
Impressive!A nice one
okay so that was indeed a short and sweet effort! kudos!
like xanthum gum said: aaww!! very sweet and clever. very origanal, too; you dont see alot of poems about postage stamps.

nice work!!!
This is adorable. It made me smile also. A few comments...
In the fifth line "lifes" should be "life's".
The rhythm of the second line is off. I got a little tongue tied trying to read it in the rhythm introduced by the first. I can't come up with any suggestions for rewording though. And the first two lines don't rhyme.
Besides that, I really enjoyed it. Good job!
aww this was so cute. and very true - in fact, you just put the biggest smile on my face. i don't like the hyphen between "no" and "one", though that's just my personal preference.
otherwise - good.
