This is a really good piece. Honestly, Its so good because LOTS of people can relate. While some points of it were dry and weird like the part about Chipotle and the Tech team. That made me lose focus on your poem, since I live near tech and love Chipotle. So I think just those two things make it to realistic to me, when its still you. I didn't connect with the poem as well.
Other than that I enjoyed it and I didn't think I would sins, this poem is relatable, the topic is also over used. But you put your own point of view. Congrats! I really did like this.
This was a nice piece, easy to relate to for a lot of people, including myself. The overall message was good, it was pretty smooth. I think you had a few grammatical errors here and there, but other than that it wasn't half bad. =] I'll tell you now that I had to go through the exact same thing. I'm still at the point where I hesitate to watch movies that me and my ex watched together, because it still hurts just a little. But I love this piece a lot, keep it up. And never give up on writing.
