Hey! I'm Kaila. Ok, so onto the review. (:

Welcome to Hell, where Satan goes as Mr. Moreno and pretty much everything is a piece of shit.
Awesome opening sentence. It makes the reader ask questions, and gives the attitude of the main character, which isn't that different from tons of kids at my school. And it's funny.

I didn’t know them very well, but I had seen them a few times and waved back at Northwood, and I’m pretty sure I know their names.
It should be "knew"

His denim blue eyes examined the class through a pair of bold glasses. His thinning silver hair was spiked and came to a point at his forehead, like an M.
I like this description a lot.

I myself couldn’t help but grin, but when Mr. Moreno’s head whipped up, his glower sent it plummeting to a frown.
I think it should be "I, myself, couldn't..."

“Do you wanna’ give me a hand job?”
You don't need the aposrophe after "wanna" and that doesn't seem very realistic. I mean, who would take off their panst in class? Especially if there was a strict teacher. I would maybe make him be a little less direct. Or at least lead up to it better. Like talk a little more before he just pulls it out.

And it's the first day at school? Because it seems like she knows too much for it to be the first day, like she already has the entire school and cliques figured out? Maybe you meant it to be more of a backwards look at the first day, but be more specific because at first it sounds like she's been there for years.

Try to add more of her emotions. I mean, I know that she was scared of that kid, but I would imagine she would be embarrassed, disgusted... just add on to it. If some kid did that to me, I would feel more than just slump in my chair.

Overall, pretty good, just try to flesh out the main character and make it more realistic. Good job, though. (:
