king of spades

there are puzzle pieces strewn
across dilapidated, wooden tables,
and we try to revive the remnants
by forcing the corner-angles into our
nearly correct places.

but Big Brother says that
they are just facts powered by esoteric insights,
which we would never comprehend.

the paintings on the wall hold latent value,
engraved forever on the opposite face,
and every mistake-ridden action
passes by us.

we are to acquiesce,
to dupe the wet paint into soaking
through our bones instead.

yet another poem that i like but dont understand...

there are puzzle pieces strewn
across dilapidated, wooden tables,
and we try to revive the remnants
by forcing the corner-angles into our
nearly correct places. awesome lead... interesting metasphor and cool imagery.

but Big Brother says that
they are just facts powered by esoteric insights,
which we would never comprehend. who's "big brother?"

the paintings on the wall hold latent value,
engraved forever on the opposite face,
and every mistake-ridden action
passes by us. i like this but dont understand it. does it connect to the 1st and 2nd
stanzas?

we are to acquiesce,
to dupe the wet paint into soaking
through our bones instead. the wet paint part is interesting...

overall, this is good if rather confusing, maybe you make it clearer what it's trying to say. very good use of metaphors, and the way you worded it is really cool.
