I Wonder
Yea, I wonder
I wonder woman I wonder man
I wonder how we got cars and vans
I wonder how we got bottles and cans
I wonder about the shades of sun tans
I wonder, the life of a slave
Wondered how he got paid
Wondered how his wife got raped
Wondered why they had to have her mouth taped
Wondered why white hung them up or made them bake
Yea, I wonder
I wonder woman I wonder man
I wonder why they named their girl Dan
I wonder how we got a spaceman
I wonder how the story of life began
I wonder why we work for Uncle Sam
I wonder, the life in sinking sand
Wondered how they learned to stand
Wondered how they lived without a helping hand
Wondered how black was once a brand
Yea, I wonder
I wonder woman I wonder man

Hi, I liked your poem it made me think which is a good thing! Very serious for your first piece but that's good for me. I'll warn you as a new member people will comment and be very very picky sooo be prepared! The one thing I would say to improve it just try not to have lots and lots of rhymes and i do it too but a good rhyme now and then will do good. if u need any help
