My heart races rapidly;
Thinking about everything I've yet to say
You know enough, or so you think,
But under the surface, these thoughts run deep.
I'm struggling to find the words to speak.
They dance and stray
Playing games like hide and seek.
Please understand, the truth you know is not complete;
but if I speak my heart, you might retreat.

Okay, wow. first off, your poem captures the struggle of wanting to spill my heart out but feeling stuck in a word maze perfectly! It's like a peek into the chaotic mind battles we all go through. The way you described it made me feel the tension and uncertainty. And that ending? Left me hanging, wanting more! Overall, your poem is real and relatable, and I'd love to read more!! Keep writing, you have a knack for poetry and I want to know more! - Cupid 💘
Wow, this was a lovely poem. Very short, but it captures a lot of relatable feelings.
Nice work starting us off with that sensory detail, with the heart beating, we can all relate to that feeling of having a racing heart, so right away I am drawn in to the poem. I find this to be very narrative and reflective, which I liked a lot. You are speaking for yourself, but also for others, so neat!
I loved this end part:
Describing something as a game of hide and seek was very poetic. You are hiding away, not wanting to be found, hiding according to your own will. The truth known if not in fullness, because of what? lies, the inability to open up? worries that someone will leave? you touch on it all.
Fantastic work and keep on writing!

I really like this poem. It captures the feeling of when you like someone really well. It also tells of how if they do know you like them but you think your starting to fall in love with so in result they don't know the whole truth. I also love how describe not being able to find the words to tell that person or you had them but now you can't find them any more. The last line could not be anymore relatable because the feeling you have when you do love/like someone and you want to tell them but you can't because your scared they're going to leave you is such an over powering feeling but then when you start thinking about if you could have had a chance and you missed the opportunity makes you regret not saying anything. I can really relate to this poem right now because I am currently going through but I don't know if they know I like them, and I can't tell them because I know neither of us are ready for a relationship and he told me about a girl he likes. Sorry for that last rambling part but anyways this poem is really good and captures the emotions really well. Good job!
