If I tell you I hate you, I lie,
If I tell you that I love, I lie
If I tell you I need you,
I'm realistic and I know myself,
but I'm afraid to recognize me,
because I'm afraid to find other fears.
Because if now with the fear of find other fears,
in the way of recognizing myself I'm afraid,
I can not imagine the fear I would feel
to meet other fears, to which I fear.
I get panic feel that I hate you
and it frightens me to think that I love you.
Well, I have no reason to hate you,
but I do have reasons to not love you.
From love to hate, there are many steps
and now I'm beginning to know you.

Nice
. I like the first two lines a lot. I can really relate.
You say fear quite a bit... maybe a little more than you really need to. This can be helped very easily. Simply replace fear with a synonym.
Sorry if I missed something... sometimes I'm a little silly like that.
