*This song/poem is under my folder titled “Scream fanfics”. This is based off the main killed of the Scream movie franchise, “Ghostface”. Gacha Club character designs are under my forum titled “My character designs<33[2]”. Enjoy and Happy Spooky Season!*
Turn off all the lights
And close all the doors
You can check once, you can check twice
It’ll never be enough
Fear clings to the back of your skull
Sweat will mix with your tears
The phone’s ringing
A beeping shrill noise that shrieks through your skull
Good to have some company
Let’s watch a scary movie
Drown ourselves in the terror of others
But hey, the phone’s ringing again
And you’re not alone
For someone’s outside
Or are they inside?
Did you check everything?
Maybe you did
But they always find a way in
Shrouded in a black cloak and the white mask of a scream
Ghostface has got you, this isn’t a dream
They can be anyone, from your best friend to somebody’s son
They can be anywhere, from the park to upstairs
But it’ll never be what you expect
So answer that phone, why don’t you?
At least Ghostface calls back

Hello, hello! Yet another song, I see? Let's get into it!
So, I know yesterday I reviewed a song I think was younger than this one, however I'm seeing some good things in this!
Your rhyme is a little better, you have a rhythm. And that's good! We like to see that in songs. You did have a few stumbles every here and there, but depending on how you might have wanted it to sound, it can be resolved easily.
It's a little upsetting to see you have so many songs that lack backgrounds, and it kind of makes your feel empty or more like poems. But that's okay, even I have my fair share of songs with no music.
I say this because, when it comes to making lyrics, it's usually when said musician has some kind of melody in mind, which makes it easier to write. You have a melody, a movement, a way you want it to sound, and it helps push your lyrics.
Anyways, as someone who just got into the Scream movies, I enjoyed reading this! Nice job!
The Burnt Loaf,

Thx for reading!
When I write stuff like this, I am not sure whether to call them %u201Cpoems%u201D or %u201Csongs%u201D. So that might be why it sounds the way it does.
Decided to review some more today so Hi there again =D
Just a quick question, is it supposed to be “killed” or actually “killer” here? “ based off the main killed of the Scream movie franchise, “
…And I only now realise this is poetry. Okay. I can do this.
I really like the intro to the poem. I like the rhythm of the lines and how it ends with “itll never be enough”
Ohh I like this bc it can also be a jab at the Scream parody! “Let’s watch a scary movie”
I like this line’s internal rhyme: “They can be anyone, from your best friend to somebody’s son”
Intersting poem, it was pleasant to read 😊
Yayy and yes that was a mistake
