A Note to My Fellow YWSers. I love you guys.

So, I'm not even sure if this is where this should go, if I should categorize under some other title or not, but what I know is that you guys so mean so much to me that I need to tell you it in some way. I'm not even editing this, I'm just typing it into the "Submit your work" page and letting it be that, because I feel like my emotions need to come out somehow, and that this is the best way I can think of.

I read things you guys write and it's like I know, I really know, that there's somebody else out there going through the same things I do. There are dreamers and musers and people who don't really know what they are, just like me, and it's so much help, so much encouragement, that at times I've cried because I didn't know that there was anyone like me out there. I'm a strange, starry-eyed kid with a lot of ideas and emotions bubbling around in this head of mine. I need  you guys to know that you are one of the reasons that I love life so much, because when I read what you've written, I see some part of me there. I see some part of a kid that's wanting to fit in but not really being successful, and that's you.

When I read what you guys write, it's like music. It takes me and makes me think of things I never would've thought of, it spins me around and sends my mind reeling. Do you guys even realize how much talent you have? Do you even understand? I read what you've written and it's more beautiful than the dozens of books that I've read from the libraries. You guys, and me, we're the next generation of writers, and all we all want is really to make this world a better place, isn't it? Is that what you want? I want to see one of my books on a library shelf some day, right next to ones written by you.

We are the next generation. We're the people that are going to form this world, to shape it, to make it into something. And I know at times that it seems like everything's bad, that every single thing in this world is horrible and ugly and detestable...at times, I've even thought that of myself. But we're beautiful, and I realize that now. We are all beautiful in our own way. We need to make this world a reflection of it.

There are so many bad things, guys. So  many bad things and ugly things. But what we do, this writing that everyone on here writes, it's making this world a better place. In times like these, the world needs it. We can give hope to people. You've given hope to me. So, let's write like there's no tomorrow. When I'm gone, I want this world to pick up one of my books and read it and say, It's beautiful.

We're beautiful, guys, you and me. We're the next generation. I love you all. And if anything ever happens to me, you guys mean the world. I've never met any of you, but you're my friends.
