Lost, Wandering, Stuck

A girl lost in the forest
She doesn’t know how long it’s been.
Hours, days, months
She runs; she calls but no one answers.
No food, no water
All she knows is she’s alone.

A boy wandering through a meadow
He dreams of never again going home.
He walks; he lies down in the grass.
He doesn’t notice anything
No sun, no birds
All that matters is that he’s alone.

A woman stuck in traffic
She doesn’t know where she’s going
Just moving, just driving
A backseat that’s filled with bags
No letters, no phone
All she feels is that she’s alone.

A/N: I don't normally write poetry but it has been suggested that I seriously give it a try and this is the result of those suggestions. Please, tear this apart. :) I really need help on punctuation and a title.

Hi, I'm Tigress and I'll be your reviewer for the day. :D

First, let me say that I really like this, but as always, there is some thing that could be worked on.

The rhythm. I couldn't get a feel for it at times.

A woman stuck in traffic
She doesn’t know where she’s going
Just moving, just driving
A backseat that’s filled with bags
No letters, no phone
All she feels is that she’s alone.

Like here. It moves so freely and slow but sometimes you seem to have one to many words. Like here. Just by taking out "that's" I think it flows so much better. (;

Next, is description. You don't really have that much description. I could sometimes imagine myself in the girl or boy's shoes but not always. Try to work more on that.

For example:

He walks; he lies down in the grass.
He doesn’t notice anything
No sun, no birds

You could do much much more with this. As in:

He doesn't notice the colors explode
No sun, only clouds

Yeah, so not the best example, but just thoughts on how to get better description and such.

Overall, I really liked this. I would definetly LOVE to see a revised version of this soon.

Hope that I helped,
Tigress.

That awkward moment when you jump out a window because your friend jumped out a window, then you remember that your other friend can fly.
