She’s scared because she knows they’re there,
But they also could be anywhere
She’s scared because she can’t end this life
Not with a shotgun.
Not even a knife.
She’s scared because this makes no sense
She wants to feel strong- like there is some defense
She’s scared because she’s falling down
And only He can save her now.

This was well written but use commas! This can easily be fixed just so it can flow better instead of being choppy.

She’s scared because this makes no sense, (comma)
She wants to feel strong- like there is some defense.
She’s scared because she’s falling down. (period)

And only He can save her now.

Set it up so it can be more readable. Good luck and keep writing.
