Ayaan and Sameer are childhood best friends. They did all the rights and wrongs together in life. But life is never as easy as you expect.
Life favored Ayaan and he became a successful Businessman while Sameer was forced to handle his father’s dead-end business. Drift arises due to envy, one fight and it is all done. Not even the fact that Ayaan was married to Sameer’s sister, Sana, could get them to ever talk again.
This loneliness makes Sameer get close to one girl,Gul. He falls in love with her but his fear of betrayal and ego never let him confess. While Ayaan was always busy in his life, and Sameer suddenly distant from her, Sana meets a new friend at one of Ayaan’s parties and instantly gets close. Zunairah is a working woman, not by choice but by need. She ran away with her boyfriend, and then settled with him as he was a Hindu and would not be accepted. Due to a tough lifestyle, she gained sympathy of Sana but yet she remained distant. The weird thing that Sana never understood was where is Zunairah's husband? Why has no one ever met him?
It is a book about the complications of life and the struggle for acceptance. Where is Zunairah’s husband? Why was she recruited at such a high post even when she ran away in 2nd year college? Even after being in love, what makes Sameer cheat? When Sana is pregnant, what mystery revels that breaks apart the entire house and makes Ayaan suicidal? Suddenly Sameer becomes the savior for his sister and her husband, why and how?
Moreover, who is the patient in the mental asylum telling this story to her Doctor? The answers are not so simple.

Hi! I'm Knight Hardy here on a mission to ensure that all works on YWS has at least two reviews. You will probably never see this but....Imma do this anyway.
First Impression: Okay... this seems like a really interesting cross between a blurb and a random plot summary here...aaand, I have to say it was a pretty intriguing read right here.
Anyway let's get right to it,
Okayy...so I am getting a feeling this is something of a plot summary or perhaps a narration of a story before the story itself starts cause this one has a bit of a weird tone to it as its getting underway here.
That aside, well, definitely sounds like an interesting premise there, the story of childhood best friends ending up going their separate ways and envy ends up driving them apart. Definitely a realistic turn of events there.
Okay...that was a bit of a weird tangent there for things to go on...I will say that cause uhh...well, it went from how one person couldn't confess their love to another, to said person becoming friends with another random person and that person's husband being missing....all in all a bit of confusion happening right there...you might want to perhaps point out these plot point separately rather that in the one paragraph where it seems like a weird sequence there.
Well, this certainly ended off sounding like a plot summary or perhaps a bit of a blurb here...at any rate, this was a very intriguing, so many really interesting questions being asked and I think this can really make for a very interesting story right here.
Aaaaand that's it for this one.
Overall: Overall, it seems like this could be made into a pretty interesting story, one that I would potentially read.
As always remember to take what you think was helpful and forget the rest.

This sounds really interesting! The ethnic-sounding names makes me really excited to read more and maybe learn a little about a different culture.
Your writing may need a little work. Your sentences are sometimes choppy or bland, and it takes away from the story you're trying to tell.
You also may want to change "her Doctor" to "their doctor" (also, doctor should not be capitalized in this instance), because it narrows down the reader's choices as to who would be in the hospital, taking out two main characters as possible patients. The fun has kind of been lost then. I would have guess Sameer, but now I know that it's either Zunairah or Sana.
