(Can't find the spoiler button, so just pretend this bit is in a spoiler box.)  This song is something I came up with in my car one day coming home from work.  Funny how all the things we want to say can sometimes only come out through a song.  That's how I feel about this one.  The song itself is (as usual) slightly bluesy and it's pretty slow, so if rhythms seem off, it's only because there's music to fix them.  I am awful at naming songs, so even if you have no reviewing words, please feel free to leave a title idea.  With that out of the way, there's only one thing to say....tear it up, friends.

[Verse 1]

I don't know what it is you do to me
They say love is blind, but you make me see
Things I never knew
You guide me
You hold me captive with those eyes so blue
I want to be the best I can for you
Because you love me too
I see.

[Chorus]

I can't tell you about the future
I only know where I've been.
But if you trust me on this one
I can promise you
I'll see it through
to the end

[Verse 2]

You've shown me what it's like to hide in a lover's arms
And when you kiss me babe, it throws me off guard.
This force between us
is a perfect storm
You play my heartstrings in gorgeous harmony
All your unspoken words they sound so sweet
I heard you promise me forever,
I could've sworn.

[Chorus]

I can't tell you about the future
I only know where I've been
But if you trust me on this one,
I can promise you
I'll see it through
to the end

[Bridge]

I don't know why but sometimes I cry
This feeling inside
Begs the question
You know how I feel but tell me, love
Is it real?
Is it real?

[Chorus]

I don't know about the future
I only know where I've been
But if you trust me on this one
I can promise you
I'll see it through...
I promise you I'll see us through
To the end

I will not condemn you for what you did yesterday, if you do it right today.
