Sunlight warmed my fur; I wallowed shamelessy in it. When was the last time I felt so safe?
A tom's scent reached my nose. Mother's apprentice, I placed him after a moment. "Hello, Molepaw."
He let out a surprised huh. "How'd you know it was me?"
I turned to face him. "Just because I'm blind doesn't mean I can't hear or scent."
"Sorry."
"Don't worry about it. What was it you wanted?"
He sat down with a rustle of leaves. "Some of the younger cats are going to SpiderClan for games. Do you want to come?"
"Sure. It'll be fun- especially after last time."

"We're here, Moss."
I knew that. The mixed scents of swamp and SpiderClan told me.
"Hey, it's Mossrose!" Tidepaw bowled into me. "How are you? Have you settled in yet?"
"Hi, Tidepaw. Which question do you want answered frist?"

This is lovely. It definitely makes me want to read more if this and sink back into the warriors’ catly world. Just this little excerpt gives me a nice sense of the characters – and it leaves me wondering about Moss, and the SpiderClan games. What was it that happened last time?
There’s honestly not much to pick on here; only that I have the feeling there’s a lot more to this and would love to read the rest sometime. One tiny thing I guess I could pick on is that you could do just a little more to emphasise the fact that they’re cats – just by including some more catlike actions/sounds in there. Again, though, this isn’t that much to go on. ^^
Definitely post some more; I’d love to read and review it.
