Junkfood killed superman

by Someguy

Published September 24, 2007

Junk food Killed Superman.

I woke up
I walked outside
to the dark sky above
I saw firelights
but, they were bombs dropping down.

(Chorus)
I believed in superman
Until he lost a fight with Santa-
Clause and now my dreams lay broken
Shattered on the floor without a cause.

Clean pots and
pans make a
noise as I fall through your
coupons for junk food

TV controls more than one mind.

I-
be-
lieved
in
su-
per-
man-

(Chorus) x2

That was funny but a bit short. Nevertheless, it was good.

haha This was really cute. It was a nice little song and I could almost imagine a melody to it. It was a bit....what's a word for it...odd? But I still liked it.

Good luck on your future writings!

Lol! I'm going to be skipping around my house for the next four hours singing that! It was really funny, and that's what I like most :o

I Can totally imagine singing this over and over and over. In fact I'm singing it right now! It's short though. How about repeating this part after the double chorus and adding an outro?

Also, you might want this to be coupons for some junk food. It just flows more nicely.

I actually don't know how I feel about this.

It's so hard to think about the ryhthm of it all and some things are a little; huh? But, I did like the idea of it - clever and one that I don;t think has ever been used, although maybe it has in a different form. I like how the message is sort of like; don't believe in your heros? Kinda reminds me of Oasis.

I dunno why.

Anyhoo, not bad.

Wow, this is pretty good. I like it. The whole story/idea/concept is nice.

"I walked outside

This bit is my favorite, it flows well and such.

The title is pretty nifty too ^-^.

Anyways, i'm waffling...

Good work,

Bye from me
