If the threads in our clothes had ears, what would they hear?
Would they hear the lies you told your parents?
Would they listen to the slander you spoke to your enemies?
Would they heed the bitter words that so easily rolled off your tongue about those or whom you hold in contempt?
If the threads in our clothes had eyes, what would they see?
Would they see you stealing from your mother's purse?
Would they watch you getting wasted at a party?
Would they view you leaning over a toilet, purging your food and starving your body?
Would they witness a blade to your wrist as you strike yourself again, and your veins begin to shed crimson tears?
If the threads in our clothes could speak, what would they say?
Would they say words of comfort in your ear?
Would they speak the truth when they said that your life is worth living?
Would they tell you that you are beautiful in the body you were given?
Would they whisper to you in the dead of night that there is hope in all the darkness?
Or would they remain silent, becoming just another thing you must carry on your shoulders along with the burdens of the world?

I love this concept, and I think the repetition of questions works really well. The only thing I would say is that the last couple of lines in each stanza are very long, which is okay when they're all that length, however, I think it ruins the flow a little, so it might sound better if you broke them up into a few shorter lines. Keep writing!
