Up and down, up and down

It applies to pedaling and hills

Up the hill and down again

Doing my bicycle drills

Feet in circles

Elbows bent

Head up high

110 percent

The wind pushing me forward

The wind pushing me back

On the road, grass, and gravel

Riding over sidewalk cracks

Back hunched

Breathe in

And out

Like the wind

My hand high up in the air

Being off the bike kills

Because when I’m here I am glad

Doing my bicycle drills
