I can see that this was written a while back, but since I am already here, I might as well review!
First off - "I" and "mean" should be two different words, as should "how" and "do", fix these up and the piece will look and read a lot better!
I think that this is a good idea for a piece, but I think that you can go much further with it, at the moment you are just compiling a list of questions, which is an important part of philosophy, but trying to answers is the major part of philosophy, so maybe in your next piece you can try and give some of your own answers?
I think that you have got good potential, i just think that you need to keep on going with this piece!

To start out this is a great topic to write about, using the philosophical style of writing. You do a wonderful job of linking your questions on the same stream of consciousness, which is important in writing this philosophical pieces.

Although this is wonderful as it is, you can add more to it. What I want you to do with this is to state your philosophical question but then state an opinion on it. Ask your question, say the answer to it based upon your own reasoning, and then give us evidence as to why you think your reasoning is true. I think this is just a brilliant start for a great writing piece.
I think what you can do next with this piece is go into what you don't think is being "perfect," and than link that into your opinion of what "perfect" is and your reasoning for that. If you want to be really deep you can snake into how our society views perfection and how that view is flawed and why.
All and all this is great piece, but I just want to read more, it's like your setting up for an amazing piece of writing but it's still under construction. I would love to see an edited version of this sometime

I like it, I think perfection is in the eye of the beholder! Still I see no faults in this except this.
"Imean, howdo you be perfect?" I mean and how do. These word are not supposed to be united.
Otherwise this was very good keep contemplating in your mind. All the best writers do so. Try and find meaning in a life of chaos.
