Like the Wind

by Saga

Here's one of my newer poems, hope you enjoy!

Like the wind I wander
Into a darkened yonder
Like the wind I cry
Into a deep dark sky
Like the wind I travel
My tale of woe unravels

Like the wind I fly
I will not ever die
Like the wind I howl
My face frozen in a scowl
Like the wind I inquire
Is there a being higher

Like the wind I wander
Into a darkened yonder

A little angsty, but I like it. It had a very lost, mournful tone. I like the repetition and the wind simile.

A nice poem. The rhyming wasn't forced and i really liked this, very effective on the reader

I enjoyed it!

that was a short and nice poem.

Like the wind I fly
I will not ever die
Like the wind I howl
My face frozen in a scowl
Like the wind I inquire
Is there a being higher

i felt the last two lines to be a bit confusing.

Keep writing :)
